Shipping and delivery

A. Shipping costs and information:

By default, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is by Deutsche Post AG or DHL. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.

If you wish to have it shipped to another country, please send us an email before placing your order ahoi@neptunsgeschmeide.de and please tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within the German mainland we charge a flat rate of 4,95 euros per order. From a gross order value of 60 euros we ship free of charge.
If you order several items from us as part of an order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods.

II. Shipping outside of Germany

We ship to countries listed alphabetically in the table below. The flat-rate shipping costs in euros per order are listed for the respective country in the columns below.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by banks (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

III. Detailed information on the individual payment options

1. Prepayment by bank transfer

Simply transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, stating the intended use. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.

2. Credit card

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

3 PayPal

If you offer one or more payment or payment service providers (such as Billpay, Billsafe, paymorrow, Klarna, secupay, etc.), you will find the relevant guidelines for integrating various payment or payment service providers here.

When choosing the payment method "PayPal Credit" (installment payment via PayPal), the seller assigns his payment claim to PayPal. Before accepting the seller's declaration of assignment, PayPal carries out a credit check using the customer data provided. The seller reserves the right to refuse the customer the "PayPal Credit" payment method in the event of a negative test result. If the payment method "PayPal Credit" is allowed by PayPal, the customer has to pay the invoice amount to PayPal according to the conditions specified by the seller, which are communicated to him in the seller's online shop. In this case, he can only pay to PayPal with a debt-discharging effect. However, even in the case of the assignment of claims, the seller remains responsible for general customer inquiries e.g. B. on goods, delivery time, dispatch, returns, complaints, revocation declarations and returns or credits.

Information on delivery times

In the table below you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time specified for the respective item.

Information on calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends when the last day of the period expires. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
